“We had an amazing time in Singapore at the World Final. We placed 28th out of 52 other teams and we were nominated for the ‘Women in Engineering’ award.”

“We just came back from Formula Student Austria, it was different than FSUK. This competition involved a lot of challenges that placed us in difficult positions however we were able to overcome them as a team and ended up with good results and we came home with more trophies and achievements as a team.

After a 12th place finish overall, and taking 3 trophies for Business, Skidpad, and our Special Award ‘Wings are a Conspiracy’, the team are grateful to come home with another completed competition under our belt. It was a week filled with great experiences and incredible moments shared with other teams.”

Formula Student UK 2018 was the best in the 20 year history of Oxford Brookes Racing. In numbers alone we were able to take home:

• 2^nd Overall 2nd in Engineering Design
• 2^nd in Skidpad (1^st IC)
• 3^rd in Endurance (2^nd IC)
• 4^th in Cost & Manufacturing
• 5^th in Efficiency (2^nd IC)
