The board of management of INNEO Solutions GmbH comprises four persons with long years of experience.

INNEO Solutions is a devoted team of more than 250 people. Experts from various industry branches and regions are headed by four individuals, who will ensure that you will be able to work substantially more efficiently with an INNEO solution, regardless of what solution you will choose. Daily our four pacemakers pass on their enthusiasm for innovative solutions to employees and colleagues.

Helmut Haas

Managing director, sales

Helmut Haas began his carreer in the company in 1989 in course of a trainee programme. In the years that followed he gradually took over responsibility for sales and the development of new business units. In 1996 he was appointed managing director of the Swiss subsidiary.

Since 2003 the overall responsibility as managing director of the entire group lies in the hands of Helmut Haas.

Peter Behnisch

Project management, information technologies

Peter Behnisch joined INNEO in 1992. He was serving in different positions in the sales department and since 1998 is a member of the board of management.

Today he is responsible for the business units information technology and project management.

Ralf Prinz

Ralf Prinz

Technology, products and quality assurance

Mr. Prinz started his carreer in the company in 1994 as customer consultant and product manager. In 1997 he was appointed technical manager and joined the board of management.

As Vice President Engineering he headed international projects and was appointed managing director in 2002. Since 2003 he is a partner and CTO.

Tobias Rothmaier

Tobias Rothmaier

Finances, controlling and human resources

In 1995 Tobias Rothmaier started his carreer in the company as assistant to the board of management and in this position was responsible for the areas of business planning, controlling and reporting.

In 2002 Mr. Rothmaier joined the board of management. He is responsible for the areas of finances, controlling and human resources.
