The management board at INNEO Solutions GmbH comprises of four highly successful leaders with many years of experience.

Management

INNEO Solutions is a devoted team of more than 270 people. Experts from various industry branches and regions are headed by four competent individuals, who strive to ensure that you work smarter and more efficiently with a solutuion from  INNEO. Regardless of what solution you will choose, our capable leaders work tirelessly to pass on their enthusiasm for innovative solutions to employees and colleagues alike.

Helmut Haas

Managing Director, Sales

Helmut Haas began his career in the company in 1989 after joining as part of a trainee programme. Over the years he gradually took over responsibility for sales and the development of new business units. In 1996 he was appointed Managing Director of the Swiss subsidiary.

Since 2003 overall responsibility for the entire group has been at the hands of Helmut Haas.

The success of an investment nowadays is more dependent on the know-how and abilities of the system integrator than on the technology itself.”

Peter Behnisch

Project management, information technologies

Peter Behnisch joined INNEO in 1992. After serving in different positions within the sales department, he was appointed as a member of management board in 1998.

Today he is responsible for the information technology and project management business units.

Ralf Prinz

Technology, products and quality assurance

Mr. Prinz started his career in the company in 1994 as Customer Consultant and Product Manager. In 1997 he was appointed Technical Manager and joined the board of management.

As Vice President Engineering he headed international projects and was appointed Managing Director in 2002. Since 2003 he has been a partner and CTO.

Tobias Rothmaier

Financial Control and Human Resources

In 1995 Tobias Rothmaier started his career in the company as assistant to the board of management and was responsible for business planning, controlling and reporting.

In 2002 Mr. Rothmaier joined the management board. He is now responsible for the areas of Financal Control and Human Resources.
